1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. Our Services

Car Crew provides a subscription-based, waterless car wash service delivered daily. Our service is designed to bring convenience, eco-friendliness, and premium quality to your doorstep.

  • Subscription Service: Our primary offering is a reliable, daily service (26 days a month) that includes exterior cleaning and monthly interior vacuuming (4 times a month). We utilize gentle, paint-safe techniques and fresh, hygienic tools for each vehicle.
     

  • Add-On Services: We also offer a range of separate, top-tier add-on services, including but not limited to Ceramic Coating, VKOOL PPF & Sun Control Films, Premium Polishes, and more. These services are not included in the standard subscription and are governed by separate terms and pricing.

3. User Subscriptions and Accounts

To use our services, you must register for an account and subscribe to one of our plans. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payments and Billing

  • Subscription Fees: Fees for our subscription services are billed on a recurring basis, as specified in your selected plan. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for these recurring fees.
     

  • Payment Information: You are responsible for keeping your payment information up-to-date. Failure to do so may result in the suspension or termination of your service.
     

  • Add-On Payments: All add-on services must be paid for separately from the subscription service.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of Car Crew's services, you agree to the following:

  • Vehicle Access: You must ensure your vehicle is parked in the designated area within your residential society and is accessible to our crew during the nightly service hours.
     

  • Personal Belongings: You are solely responsible for removing all valuable and personal items from your vehicle before our service. Car Crew is not responsible for any loss of or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.
     

  • Pre-Existing Damage: Our crew may document pre-existing damage to your vehicle before service. We are not liable for any pre-existing damage, including scratches, dents, or swirl marks.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. The terms of any potential refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Car Crew, its directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any pre-existing damage to your vehicle; (c) the loss of personal items left in your vehicle.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the Car Crew logo, text, graphics, and images, is the exclusive property of Car Crew and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect.
