Our Story
The journey of Car Crew began not in a boardroom, but from a personal and relatable place. It started with a founder who is a family man first and a passionate car enthusiast a close second. Like many of our customers, he understands that a car is more than just a vehicle; it's a sense of pride and a reflection of hard work.
However, juggling a busy life meant finding the time to meticulously care for his cars became a real struggle. This challenge was compounded by two major frustrations that many car owners face. First, hygiene; with kids leaving handprints and bringing in dust from outside, keeping the car's interior sanitary was a constant worry. This concern grew upon seeing the common practice of traditional cleaners using the same dirty cloth on every part of the car, spreading germs and creating scratches.
Second, was a lack of trust and transparency. We’ve all seen it: the car is supposedly "cleaned," but the wipers are simply pulled up as false proof, with the car remaining untouched. It was clear there was a need for a reliable, hygienic, and transparent car care solution.
