Our goal at Car Crew is to provide a premium and reliable car care service that leaves you satisfied. We understand that there may be times when you need to cancel a service or have concerns about the quality. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds or service credits may be issued.
2. Subscription Service Refunds

Cancellation of Subscription: You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your service will remain active until the end of your current, pre-paid billing cycle. You will not be charged for the subsequent billing cycle. We do not provide pro-rata (pro-rated) cash refunds for subscription periods that have been partially used.

Service Quality Issues: We pride ourselves on our reliable, daily service that ensures your car is spotless every morning. If you are not satisfied with a specific day's cleaning, you must report the issue to us within 24 hours of the service time. Please provide your subscription details and a photo of the area of concern. At our discretion, we may offer one of the following resolutions:

A Service Credit for one day of cleaning, which will be applied to your next billing cycle.

A complimentary Re-clean of the specific area of concern at the next available service time.

Cash refunds for minor service quality issues are not provided.

3. Add-On Services
Car Crew offers a range of top-tier add-on services, such as Ceramic Coating, VKOOL PPF & Sun Control Films, Premium Polishes, and more.

Due to the custom nature and cost of materials for these services, payments for Add-On Services are generally non-refundable once materials have been ordered or the service has commenced.

Any deposits made to secure a booking for an Add-On Service may be non-refundable. Please confirm the specific terms before booking.
4. When Refunds Will Not Be Issued
Refunds or service credits will not be issued under the following circumstances:

Vehicle Inaccessibility: If our crew is unable to perform the service because your vehicle is not in its designated parking spot or is otherwise inaccessible.

Failure to Report Issues in a Timely Manner: Service quality issues that are not reported to us within 24 hours of the service time are not eligible for refunds or credits.

Pre-existing Damage: We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your vehicle. Our service will not be refunded based on such conditions.
5. How to Request a Service Credit or Report an Issue
To report an issue with your service, please contact our customer support team with your name, building address, vehicle number, and a clear description (with photos) of the issue.

Car Crew reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised.
